Our backbone

Elite NXT Level was built on a simple belief: build strength, build discipline, build confidence, build character. But strength isn't only physical. Financial knowledge can help individuals and families become more prepared, confident and resilient.

That is why financial literacy is becoming an important part of our Education & Mentorship mission. We want teens and adults to build practical money skills they can use in real life—from budgeting and credit to saving, investing, insurance awareness and long-term planning.

This isn't about getting rich quick. It's about education, preparation and giving families more tools to build their future.

Money management: the foundation

Everything starts with the basics most people were never taught:

  • Budgeting — knowing exactly where your money goes, and telling it where to go instead.
  • Spending less than you earn — the simplest rule in finance, and the hardest one to follow without a plan.
  • Emergency savings — because life happens, and a broken car shouldn't become a financial crisis.
  • Understanding credit and debt — how credit scores work, why high-interest debt is a trap, and how to dig out of one.

These sound simple. But for a teenager who's never seen a budget — or an adult who's lived paycheck to paycheck for years — they can make a meaningful difference.

Investing: making money work

Working hard for money is honorable. But at some point, your money should start working for you. Our education covers the fundamentals:

  • What investing actually is — and what it isn't.
  • Why starting early matters more than starting big (the power of compound growth).
  • The difference between saving and investing.
  • Long-term thinking vs. risky shortcuts.

The goal isn't to turn anyone into a stock expert overnight. It's to remove the fear and mystery so regular families can start building.

Life insurance & living-benefit education

Life insurance can be an important part of financial protection. Some life insurance policies or optional riders may also provide accelerated death benefits or other living-benefit features when specific qualifying conditions are met.

Eligibility, covered conditions, benefit amounts, costs and the effect on the remaining death benefit vary by policy and insurer.

Our program will focus on insurance literacy—helping participants understand basic terminology, the purpose of coverage, questions to ask and why reviewing individual circumstances with a properly licensed insurance professional matters.

Building financial stability & generational wealth

Generational wealth isn't about being a millionaire. It's about making sure your kids start further ahead than you did. That can mean:

  • Teaching children about money early, so they don't repeat the same mistakes.
  • Building assets — however small at first — instead of only earning wages.
  • Protecting what you build with the right insurance and planning.
  • Passing down knowledge, not just money. Knowledge is the real inheritance.

Too many families work hard for generations and still start over every generation. Education is how that cycle breaks.

Three ways to learn

People learn differently and live different lives, so we're building this education in three formats:

Workshops

In-person sessions where teens and adults can learn together, ask questions, and work through real examples with guidance.

Online

Learn from anywhere, on your own schedule — for parents working long hours and anyone who can't attend in person.

After-school

Reaching teens where they are, giving young people financial foundations before the real world tests them.
